- Who Can Leave a Review
Reviews should only be submitted by users who have had a genuine experience with the professional or business being reviewed.
- What Reviews Should Include
Reviews should be:
- Honest
- Relevant
- Based on personal experience
- Clear and respectful
- Useful to other users
- What Is Not Allowed
We may reject or remove reviews that include:
- False or misleading claims
- Offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language
- Personal attacks
- Private information
- Spam or promotional content
- Conflicts of interest
- Fake or incentivised reviews
- Content unrelated to the service provider
- Moderation
Equiverify may moderate reviews before or after publication. We reserve the right to edit, reject, hide, or remove reviews where necessary.
- Provider Responses
Professionals may be allowed to respond to reviews. Responses must remain professional, factual, and respectful.
- Disputes
If a professional believes a review is false or unfair, they may contact Equiverify for review. We may request supporting information from either party.

Published reviews represent user opinions and experiences. Equiverify does not guarantee the accuracy of every review.
